Hola! I'm Jaime, this is our story.

Sabor Latino started as a dream in 1999 when my family opened their first business. At a time when Latin flavors were hard to find, our restaurant became a beacon of warmth and comfort—a place where people could reconnect with the tastes of home.

Growing up, I watched my family pour their hearts into every dish, creating more than just food—they created memories. As the years went by, I found myself as a Workforce Manager, where I learned something that stirred my soul: by 2050, Latinos are projected to reach 26% of the U.S. population. Yet, I realized there was something missing—innovative bread that resonates, that embodies our flavors, our culture, and our story.

Inspired by my family’s tradition of filling a need in the Latin food world, Sabor Latino Bakery was born to deliver artisan breads that blend cultural flavors with wholesome nutrition, now available at your local stores.

Fast forward to today, and we've proudly celebrated selling our one-millionth loaf. We’re thrilled to share this journey with you—one delicious bite at a time!
