Return Policy.

By purchasing a product from Sabor Latino Bakery, you agree to our return policy.

Our return policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To request a return or exchange, please email us with a photo of the product and a detailed explanation of your request. Send this information to the email address provided on your invoice. Please note that we reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges for perishable food items. Replacement or refunds for perishable items are not guaranteed.

**Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

**Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are exempt from returns:

- Perishable goods (e.g., food)

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

**Partial Refunds (if applicable):

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

- Perishables with remaining shelf life

- Opened or partially consumed perishable products

- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

**Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

**Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to post. If you still haven’t received it, contact your bank. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at [your email address].

**Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

**Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at the address listed on your invoice. We will approve your exchange and provide you with a return mailing address.

**Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

**Shipping:

To return your product, please email us for the return shipping address (referencing your invoice). You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
